Do Not Know what to do about Dental Complaint in UK?!

Question: I am have had cosmetic dentistry (5 crowns) and braces done in the last 4 years to get a better bite. Recently my teeth have moved and the alignment is all messed up. He said that because my back teeth needed to be restored that's why my front teeth were doing all the action and causing them to move.
I told him what I wasn't happy about but he wasn't willing to do anything for free. I said that I would need to pay for further treatment. I had always thought I would be on some sort of guarantee. Not only are my teeth all messed up now but I do not have any further money as I have used up all my savings for the last 4 years for his fee's,
I have tried to complain but he alway's ends up giving me sort of lecture saying that I cannot get what I want.
I still have a fixed retainer on my lower teeth but nobody would take it off for me and tell me to go back to my dentist. I feel blackmailed because I am stuck in a very messed up position right now, no money and horrible teeth as a resu
