How strong is a lumineer? can it take a punch without cracking?!

1st of all try to avoid punching
the tooth can suffer internael damage that can lead to nerve death later
a lumineer well think about it every thing can be supseptable to damage if stressed in the right way and place
on the average with NORMAL use they are very reliable but abuse them and you risk damage
2nd any kind of contact avctivity should be with a mouth gaurd there are retail ones and the dentist can make a custom one
im not quite sure what a lumineer is but i know what a veneer is and it will crack with a punch.
