How bad does a frappachino stain your teeth? I know coffee does, but a frappachino is mostly milk?
If I'm too vain about my teeth, should I just give coffee to the wind and forget about it? Or is the stain factor too little to worry about?

Anything with a brown colour will stain yor teeth if you drink them 3 times a day and hardly brush - pop and coffee, hot chocolate, red wine, etc. The sugar in the drinks help make the colour stick to your teeth, and over time, the colour will start to embed itself in your teeth.
Remeber to brush and floss twice a day, and even after you drink stain-prone drinks, and use a whitening toothpaste to help keep teeth white between visits to your dentist.
If you love your habit enough, it's worth it to keep on your toes when it comes to good oral hygiene!
