I just had my lower back molar extracted two days ago how long will the pain last?

I also would like to know how long to wait before I can approach the idea of getting a implant and how the procedure works and how painful that will be

Pain differs from person to person. If pain pesists for more than 5-7 days, see your dentist. If the extraction was simple, the pain should be gone in no more than 2-3 days, a day or two longer for a complicated extraction, if the pain medication does not work.
