I got my molar extracted last friday, its still sore? (details inside)?!
Question: I got my molar extracted. After that I slept half the day, My appointment was early in the morning. I then got up and ate soup, and I got a noodle stuck in my extraction site.Its been sore since then. (from the extraction) The noodle stayed there for 2 days and today I have nomore noodle. Right now its aching a little bit. I just hope I aint getting a dry socket.

When a tooth is taken out of the gum it isn't as easy as it sounds. Cause each tooth sits in a bone cup in the jaw to keep it in place and when it is taken out not only is there disruption to the gum tissue but also that little bone cup is broken to get the tooth out. After all of that wouldn't you be sore for more than a couple of days?
i would wait and go back to the dentist next week if still have problems but it will probably be sore for awhile
