for some yes

It makes them whiter.

I don't think so but its makes them white :)

I am sure it does. I started brushing with "arm&hammer", it has baking soda, and it made my teeth tons more sensitive!!!

No , I have sensitive teeth and use baking soda as a acid reduxe and it does not seem to bother it but so much other stuff does such as cold thing , wine, cold things , cold things. No seriously, i take baking soda all the time and if anything it makes it better for sensitive teeth

No.

3/5 dentists recommend toothpaste with baking soda.

so I doubt it makes your teeth sensitive

Only if you over do the brushing. The fact is, you could brush with nothing but plain water and if you over do it your teeth will get very sensitive....Baking soda does clean and at the same time provides a margin of breath freshness...just regular brushing twice a day, morning and evening, unless you have a weird sticky lunch, and brush for say two minutes...Your smile should look like the chrome grill on a 1958 Buick..Have a great day and I wish you well.
