Can tooth decay spread from one tooth to another?!

The only way it will spread it this......as caries develops, it will make a rough area. If this area is adjacent to and touching another tooth then it will trap plaque against this tooth and, if not removed, it will begin the decalcification process here also.

Yes happened to me. Had a cavity in a wisdom tooth that should of come out a long time ago. I have had the wisdom teeth removed and next is the fillings for the cavitys that spread.
