Why does my ankle always feel sore?!


Question:

Why does my ankle always feel sore?

I play alot of sports and my ankle always get sore. My muscles never get sore since my body is alrdy use to the exercise but why do my ankles always feel sore after playing a sport? Am i not running correctly or if this normal?
