i spit a lot, and i always get dry mouth. if i stop spitting wil my dry mouth eventually go away?

The clinical term for dry mouth is xerostomia. Xerostomia is a side effect usually caused by types of medications a person is taking. If medication is the cause, they only way to rid yourself of dry mouth is to discontinue the medication and ask your doctor about alternative medications. DO NOT STOP TAKING YOUR MEDICATION BEFORE CONSULTING WITH A DOCTOR!!
If medication is not the problem, drink water and, yes, stop spitting. If that does not work, see your dentist, there might be a physiological reason for your xerostomia, such as a problem with your salavary glands.
