Anyone use britesmile??? how is it???

I didn't use britesmile. I used Zoom which i think is similar.

They prop your mouth open and then do 20 minutes with the bleaching light on. Then they turn it off for 10. Then they do 2 more 20 minute rounds with 10 minutes in between.

However, I had to stop after the first 5 minutes because i had really really sharp ping pains. I have really sensitive teeth to begin with. If you can rough it out it's well worth it though. My brother made it through the full hour and his teeth are still really white 2 years later.

Most dentists will let you split up the 20 minute sessions but it's better to just get it over with. Good luck!
