Why do I keep bleeding around the same tooth when it's not even loose or pai!

Question: it doesn't even seem inflamed!

Answers: it doesn't even seem inflamed!

I am a dentist. Take some floss between the teeth and seeif it snaps where the teeth touch. Do you normally get alot of food stuck between those two teeth? If you get food there and if the teeth barely touch this is called food impaction. An easy way to cure this is to floss in the area frequently. It will bleed alot and hurt at first, but after several days it will stop. If the teeth barely touch you can ask your dentist to place a filling in one of the teeth so that they have greater contact. This will keep food out of the area and help your tissue heal. If neither of these are the case then you probably have lots of plaque or calculus on or below the gum tissue. This is bacterial and irritates the tissue like a splinter in your finger. Last rinse with listerine often, it does wonders for gum problems. But you should really have your dentist examine the area to make sure there are not any problems being overlooked.

bad gums

see your dentist

gum disease or your brushing your teeth to hard!!! go see the doctor/dentist

prob a bit of gum disease, ask the pharmascist for a mouth rinse to help.

sounds like gum disease, or a tooth pocket, you must floss it and see your dentist or use corsodyl.

GUM DISEASE.

hahaha im sorry no. this happened to me, it turned out it was just awkwardly placed for the way i brushed my teeth. i kept scratching it with my toothbrush.

sorry about the gum disease thing, i know it wasnt funny. xxx

That dosent seem normal (no offense), but I think you should make an appointment with your local dentist and see what might be causing the bleeding.

When i went to see the hygenist to whiten my teeth, she lectured me about brushing them. I too have the problem that my gums bleed easily. She said that this was because its your mouths way of basically telling you there is still Plaque around that area. Thats what i was told.

hi, this sounds like the start of gum disease. time for a visit to the dentist, but in the meanwhile make sure you use mouthwash

Causes of bleeding gums in an immediate sense is plaque. Plaque is a bacterial film that grows on your teeth. When plaque and the bacteria build up too much, gingivitis can result. Signs of gingivitis include mouth sores, swollen bright red appearance to gums, tender gums, extreme bad breath, and gums that bleed easily. So plaque causes bleeding gums and gingivitis. Gingivitis affects the tissues that surround and support your teeth and can cause mouth ulcers and long term tooth damage. The good news is that w ith superior oral hygiene, gingivitis can be almost entirely avoided. By keeping the bacteria under control, you reduce plaque and thus bleeding gums.

Causes of bleeding gums can be prevented. Good oral hygiene is the best way to reduce plaque buildup and avoid bleeding gums. If you can eliminate the bacteria in plaque you can prevent further infection in your gums.
