Should I use Crest White Strips before or after brushing my teeth?
I thought that plaque would block the gel and the strips might not work as well (in the case that I use them before brushing).The box says not to use the strips IMMEDIATELY after brushing, but I thought that waiting a little after brushing and then using them might be better.
