Tongue Ulcer? Help! Take a look at the description and can anyone tell me what is it and what should I do?
Underneath my tongue, there is what seems to appear to be a big lump growing next to it. For the past 2 days, it has been hurting my mouth and eating has been a hassle. In my 20s, if an age group is necessary.

You may have a clogged salivary gland( place where saliva is emptied into your mouth). The most common is the parotid gland, but your description of the location sounds more like the sublingual gland. Get it checked out!
