If it is a composite filling, yes. If it was light cured, then it is as hard as it ever will be. The light made the material harden.
Yes you can lol. Your just nt allowed to eat anything for an hour after having it done. Your fine to brush ur teeth x
yes you can brush it, and no, the filling won't fall out. if the "dirt" continues to remain, then go see your dentist tomorrow.
