How can I keep my teeth in line without a retainer?
I lost my retainer. I had braces about a month ago. Is there a cheaper way to keep my teeth in line other than replacing my retainer?
Answers:
If you are saying you had your braces off about a month ago and have now lost your retainer...No, go back to the orthodontist and get a new one quickly. I can't think of any other way to do it. You might ask the Dr. to put on a permenantly cemented wire in lieu of a retainer (glue a wire to the inside of your front teeth) but this then becomes a hygiene issue. Good luck!
