Soft is the best to use for your teeth. THe hard and medium can wear the enamel away on your teeth and cause more problems than using a soft brush and taking a little longer. YOu could also try an electric brush. They do an even better job as long as you properly place them on your teeth.

use the hard and medium brushes to scrub the floor or tub crevices you can't get with larger brushes.

good luck

Get soft. Hard bristles aren't made for teeth, they are made for dentures and cause recession of your gums.

i have great teeth i always used medium, the soft are too soft hard too hard....buy all 3 and try them!!!

My dentist has always told me to choose the softest and cheapest toothbrush you can find. He said the more expensive ones are just a marketing tool. All you need is a soft toothbrush and also to floss.
