I have three or four small white spots on my teeth. my braces are coming off in two days, but i had this..?
...before i had the braces put on. my teeth are white, but the spots are even whiter. is there any way to get rid of them??
Answers:
You may have gotten those spots due to a high fever when they were forming or perhaps trauma or too much fluoride. You will probably need to cover over them with white fillings called composites or "bonding". Once your braces are off you should have a cleaning and let the hygienist or Dr. advise you. If they are not too much of a bother you might want to leave them alone because once you put a filling there you will need to replace them over the course of your life.
