Question: Normally, how many wisdom teeth are you supposed to have? See, my French teavher has 4, my mom has none, and my dad and I both have 2!?

The most you can have is four. Some people never develop any, and others will get 1, 2, or 3. Most people have them removed, anyway. You may have them impacted into your bone, but some people don't even have traces of them anymore.
4 is normal.
I have 4 but they are all in the bone and will never erupt. The odds are you and your dad also have 4, it's just that two are impacted in the bone. Xrays may show where they are, if the xray tech is diligent enough, as mine are in an area so far back that there are no actual erupted teeth in the xrays, only bone and impacted wisdom teeth.
Also, your mom does have them, they simply may not have formed fully or never erupted, but they or the beginnings of them are in there somewhere
