Yes, we have amylase, which is a cheek cell (an enzyme) that kills off bacteria. Otherwise we'd all have a whole bunch of diseases in our mouths.

No, most of the bacteria is not harm-full, daily brushing and flossing is required to ward off cavities and bad breath.

The bacteria in the mouth are adapted to live in the mouth, so no. The conditions in the mouth will kill other bacteria, though.
