Yesterday i bought your product Cool & Heat Patch. i put it on and it only lasted for about a hour when it came off. it also wasn't hot at all. If i don't have the recipt anymore, do i get my money back? Please let me know. Thanks, Barb

On the package there is probably a "Customer Comments or Concerns" phone number where you can contact the manufacturer of the product to inquire about a refund. The store generally isn't held responsible for the product's defect once it has been used. They will more than likely refer you to the manufacturer about the issue.
