Yesterday i bought your product Cool & Heat Patch. i put it on and it only lasted for about a hour when it came off. it also wasn't hot at all. If i don't have the recipt anymore, do i get my money back? Please let me know. Thanks, Barb

If you bought it in the store, without a receipt we can only give store credit (usually in the form of a w card which is like a gift card) If you bought it online you can still return it at the store but the same rule applies, no receipt store credit only. Although, since cool and heat is the walgreens brand, you obviously bought it at walgreens they may just give you the cash back since it is not a high price item.
