You can probably kiss someone. Just make sure the hole has clotted well and it healing well before doing too much sucking face! lol
You don't want to suck out the clot out and get dry socket.
I wouldnt engage in any type of sexual activity with a strange partner till your mouth heals fully tho. you can get std's if you have open mouth sores. :)
