Hey guys,I have to get a full set of braces TOMORROW!I'm so scared,plus...this is my first time EVER!Hepl,please...how do I calm down?

I got my full set of braces in June. It really wasn't that bad. A few hours later it started to hurt when I ate. It hurt to eat for about a week. I would just suggest that you take Advil or Tylenol before you go. Have your mom or dad go out and buy lots of ice cream, pudding, and pasta. Really you should know that it isn't going to be that bad and it only hurts for a little while. After a few days you almost forget that they are there anyway.
