URGENT! I have TMJ and my jaw is locked!?!


Question:

URGENT! I have TMJ and my jaw is locked!?

Please help...I have TMJ and my jaw locks frequently. I can usually get it to unlock by pushing on my lower jaw. However, I have not been able to get my jaw to unlock for over a week and I am sore. What can I do??/
