Number of teeth?!

Question: My boyfriend is 21 years old and doesn't have his wisdom teeth in yet. I thought that that meant he should have 28 teeth but he has 14 teeth on top and 12 on the bottom. He says he's never had any teeth pulled so why would he only have 12 teeth on the bottom?

It's just one of those quirky body things, something in his genes or makeup just dont have him having the same number as the rest of us, nothing bad.

withouth wisdom teeth it should be 14 on top n bottom for a total of 28. maybe his baby teeth were pulled and the permanent one never came out
