you may want to go to the dentisit and make sure you don't have a decaying tooth or some other problem in your mouth. if he/she says everything is fine then i would just watch what you eat. try to avoid foods like garlic, curry, and onions. when you brush your teeth make sure you brush your tongue as well and don't forget to floss. i also hear drinking a lot of water helps. if you still feel you have bad breath then i would go see a doctor. you may have a problem with your stomach or esophagus that needs treatment.

ask your dentist

so whn did u get ur teeth cleaned by a professional last?the deposition of tartar on ur teeth is the main reason for bad breath.
bad breath can also be caused due to a stomach infection, chest infection, diabetes n stuff.this is just for ur information.
ur cleaning might just be due.go get tht done n u'll be fine.. :)

How often do you floss? That makes a huge difference, because if you dont, the stuff that is left in between your teeth rots and can give you bad breath.

To the geniuses who gave this a thumbs down: I have been going to the dentist every 6 months for 35 years and I have asked every question regarding bad breath. They say brushing does far less than flossing to prevent bad breath. If you have not flossed in a while, do it and see how nasty the floss smells. If you floss regularly, the floss will not have that smell, which happens to smell just like halitosis.

many times the source of the bad breath isn't your teeth or gums but your sinuses. If you have allergies a lot or sinus infections this could be the source of the problem. Check with a doctor to see if this could be the problem.
