Facial Numbness?!

Facial Numbness?
After being hit by a cricket ball in the face, i have experienced numbness in the side of my nose and the teeth by cheek (where i was hit) is numb. Any experienced this before? is it more serious than i think

Seek medical attention. You should have felt pain, but never numbness...this is not a good sign. Maybe a fracture, nerve damage, blood clot, etc... The longer you leave it untreated the more permanent it may be. Seek help...its better to over react than to have a lifetime "flaw" because you were too embarrassed to seek help from qualified medical personnel.
