Question: I have the take home trays. I kept them for an hour. Now I have white spots on my front teeth. Is this normal?? Did I not even out the bleach good enough, will it go away the next time I bleach?

Yes, thats normal. All you have to use is a small drop on the inside of each tooth hole in your tray, but put it on the area that would go against the front of your tooth. The pressure will spread it around eveningly once it is pushed onto the teeth. The white spots will even out fairly quickly. Not sure if it will be the next time you bleach, but probably. It's possible they will fade before you bleach again as the tooth gets rehydrated.
This is probably just normal spots, but be sure to somewhat even out the bleach with the tip of it after squirting it in the tray. This will also help with the squish when you put them in. It is usually just variations in the enamel often due to fluorosis, too much fluoride ingestion at some point when those teeth were forming can cause that area to have a little extra fluoride which causes the white spots. In very mild cases, the spots only show up during whitening and quickly go back to normal and even out as soon as a dark drink is drank or it may even out if you are lucky during whitening. Hopefully, your dentist told you to use fluoride during the time you whiten. A fluoride rinse used right after removing the trays helps reduce sensitivity from the whitening. Remove trays, gently brush off gel, swish with fluoride rinse, spit, do not rinse/eat/drink for at least 30 minutes.
