I haven't gotten my wisdom teeth yet?!
Question: I'm 22 years old, and haven't gotten my wisdom teeth yet. I would ask my dentist if i could ever keep up with my appointment. I have almost perfect teeth. Was just wondering if it was normal to not have them by now.

A lot of people never get their wisdom teeth in, or they just stay underneath in your gums. You should feel lucky because they are such a pain! If you haven't had any symptoms yet and they aren't showing up in xrays I think you're good.
not everyone's come through. yours may not come through at all. don't complain!! ;o))

A lot of people simply don't have wisdom teeth or they never come in or they're pointed the wrong way or impacted and will have to be removed surgically. Your dentist should know what's up with your wisdom teeth since he has probably been taking X rays of them since you were about 12. It's perfectly normal to not even have wisdom teeth or to have them never poke through your gums even if you do have them.
Some people never get them, but it's not unusual to get them late. Mine didn't start coming in till I was about 18... and they were very slow-going. They were growing in and impacting the other teeth, so they just removed all four at once, even though the other two hadn't come up yet. If its not bothering you, there's really no reason to have them removed. They should definitely show up on an X-ray, ask your dentist or even call up the office and see if they can look at your x-rays and let you know.
You might not be getting them. People in this day and age don't need them and people are evolving and they stop getting wisdom teeth. If you haven't got them, consider youself lucky. More often then not people have to get them pulled.
some people don't get them
