Does anyone have any idea how much kids braces cost? My 12 yr old daughter goes to the dentist next week and i think she may need braces. Her friend has just been told she needs them but there is a 6 month wait on the NHS. I think i would probably not want to wait that long and just pay for them myself.
So anyone with any info on prices, it would be much appreciated. I am in the uk. Thanks in advance.

My son had his put in last year it cost me $4500 here in NY.
There is a payment plan if you do not have it all at once, $900 to start and $200 per month.
