Grind My Teeth, Loose Tooth?!

Question: So I have always grinded my teeth in my sleep. Recently, one of my teeth have become loose. It moves a tiny bit in the socket and I have to pop it back in. It doesnt hurt and doesnt wiggle if i try to.

I know I have to get the special mouth peice but it is expensive and I am broke right now!

Any suggestions? WIll it fall out????

well, the mouth pieces from the dentist are very expensive, but they also sell them in drugstores for like 30 bucks, and you can customize it to your teeth at home. As for the tooth, I have no suggestions, but yes, it will eventually fall out if you do not see a dentist, because it will just continue to get loose. But, you said it doesn't really move, so it should be fine for a while, but it may get loose gradually over time. Get the mouth guard.

use phos fur mouthwash to make everything stronger.this used to happen to me while i was eating subway but after phos fur it rarely does.i know i sound like an informercial but im serious!

If you are popping your tooth back into its socket...its a goner anyways. Go see your dentist.
