Cost of removing wisdom teeth?
What would be the average cost in a small town for removing wisdom teeth including all medications. My wisdom teeth are about 1/4-1/2 way out. I might only need 2 of them taken out. What kind of cost am i looking at for about 2 of them or maybe even all 4 of them, including all the medication i will need afterwards? This is my general DDS doing the procedure. thanx.

Okay... there are different procedures to removing wisdom teeth.. and different prices associated with them. There is routine extraction, surgical extraction, some dentist charge differently for wisdom teeth b/c they are the farthest back in the mouth. It also depends on the root structure of the individual tooth. Some are easier to get out than others. As far as after wards your Rx can be different too. For the least expensive go with the generic brands. If you get a treatment plan you can shop around to different dentists and see how much they charge. Most offices don't like this because over all they charge around the same. If I were you I would find a dentist i trust and like b/c either way its going to affect your wallet but the dentist can make or break the experience!
