I'm guessing you have a crown that fell out. Fixodent will hold it in place long enough for you to get to the dentist tomorrow, or you can buy temporary cement at most pharmacies in the dental aisle. I'd recommend fixodent over temporary cement as it's easier for your dentist to work off to recement the crown.
