my grandma has for because she grindes her teeth now she has a mouthpeice and she hasn't done it since.. so i would have to say ya its worth it.
I bought the one they sell at the store. It's much cheaper so if you bite through it you aren't out $300, just $20. I think it's good for protecting your teeth, but you are still going to grind/clench at night, it won't make you stop, no matter what the doctors say.
