It's a question about wisdom teeth please help I need some advice?!! :)?

I was wondering.....if getting your wisdom teeth really hurts?!! Does it?!! I'm really scared already and I haven't even been to a consulatation!! Help me!! LOL! I have my braces on and I have to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth surgically removed this summer! And they are going to put me to sleep but that's the scary part for me because I'm scared that I won't come back alive and also that the needle will hurt real bad + the IV that they will put through the shot up my arm!! Please give me some good advice and make me feel at ease because I'm scared out of my MIND right now! Thanks for your answers!! :)

I was in the 7th grade when i got mine out. My dentist refused to do it for because my dad is a lawyer. So, we went to an oral surgeon. The IV felt a litte funny, but you'll be out befor you know it. You will wake up! I promise! I was a little drugged up after the surgery, but I was fine. The pain isn't bad as long as you take your pain killers how ever often your dentist tells you. Bruising lasted for about a week, and they were sort of a pain. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. Don't be too worried about.

P.S I had braces too, and they didn't afect the surgery.
