I have had them for years, and i was just wondering when i can finnaly stop?

Sorry to burst your bubble, but if you want your teeth to stay in the positions that they are now, you will probably need to wear them the rest of your life, but probably only like once a month at night. Talk to your orthodontist about this, they can give you the best answer. Cheers!
