Can I exercise after wisdom teeth extraction?!

Question: I just had my bottom two wisdom teeth pulled today, but I am taking a PE class so I have to exercise tomorrow. (Not a heavy workout, just light jogging for 20 minutes.) Will it damage my health if I do that? Thanks.

You should be able to with no problem. I think the most it would do would be to possibly cause you discomfort or pain. If you bleed easily, it could possibly start bleeding a little as well. I didn't have much of a problem at all when I had all four pulled at once (other than the fact that I almost passed out because I hadn't eaten for a while). I didn't even take pain meds.
But I do know people who said that they were literally sick in bed for days.

It basically depends on how you feel.

Raising your blood pressure might cause a little bleeding, but...

No big deal...

yes but don't drink or give an oral cuz that will mess things up

It won't hurt your health, but you aren't going to want to run.

idk u might wanna sit out idk

No. You just may not feel up to it. Everyone is different. But it will cause no harm.

no you will die
for sure

No, you can never work out again, ever!
Why didn't you ask the person who took it out?

well jogging means going up and down so thatd prbly hurt cause bottom teeth suck id take like a week off if you can wait till you can eat hard food before doing anything

It wont damage your health, but you probably wont physically be able to do much. Most people are out for a few days and dont do much put take pain meds and sleep.

No it won't damage your health just you'll be tired from the medication, pain reliever, for the first 24-48 hrs.

Your all set!
Dont smoke!

You shouldn't have any problems. I had all 4 of mine out at the same time and went skateboarding later that afternoon,I was fine, but the taste will linger for 4-5 days.

Dont do it. Bring a note from your oral surgeon.

You should take an excuse from the dentist. Complete healing for a week would be best. Nobody should mark you down for a legitimate procedure.

hi i wouldnt besuse u will be very treid trust me mine was pulled on tuesday and i did two much that day
