Sperm cleans plaque off of teeth?!

Question: I read somewhere that sperm (come) can clean plaque off of teeth? Is this true or just a fib?

Sorry; sperm will not help to remove plaque. First of all, seminal fluid (the liquid that the sperm swim in) has a lot of sugar in it to feed the sperm cells before they get to their destination. So it actually brings your teeth in contact with sugar which is the #1 substance that cause bacteria to form cavities in your teeth.

The absolute best way to remove plaque is by mechanically brushing it away with a soft-bristled toothbrush. It is also best to use a fluoride toothpaste (fluoride forms a protective coating over your teeth) and an antimicrobial mouthwash like Listerine to help reduce the decay-causing bacteria in your mouth.

Also, make sure to always use protection during sex and oral sex. You can still get STDs with oral!

I don't think this is true. So brushing your teeth with sperm will not benefit your teeth.

Just use a toothbrush and toothpaste.

Yeah I heard that too.

i dont know try it but thats hella gross lol thats kind of a gay question to ask
