How important is a molar tooth?
Upper molar tooth last one in the back is hurting on and off, and was told by the dentist to either have a root canal plus crown, or extract it. If extracted, what happens to the other teeth upper and lower? Do teeth shift? Is root canal best option even if tooth might be dying? If root canal is done, what are the chances of having tooth extracted soon after, if it causes problems, or will tooth cause problems after root canal and crown?

get a root canal.... it will work as long as the dentist doenst mess up
if u extract it ur gum is going to hurt if u get something hard in the hole
