Have you been eating something you never ate before, and are allergic to it? Are you brushing those areas so much you are irritating them?

Have you taken antibiotic syrup and didn't rinse your mouth after each dose, or been holding antibiotic tablets in your mouth before swallowing them? That could induce a fungus infection.

Why are you brushing so much? Do you have a very slimy feeling in your mouth after rinsing with the salt water that is difficult to remove? If so look for yellowish crystals in the salt.

This is a really wild, paranoid guess, but if the things above are true there might be lye in the salt. That could explain the weird symptoms. If so, you need to contact the police, as well as the suggestion below; and leave the house with the salt just in case.

Whatever it is, you need to see a doctor.

are they open sores?
It could either be an allergic reaction or a sexual disease.
Either way, go to a doctor!

do you have a physician?
Perhaps a phone call might be useful
