When you first get them on they will hurt really bad. To help ease the pain chew sugar free gum, and take ibuprofen or Tylenol and eat soft foods. The glue tastes really bad, and they will chew up your mouth pretty bad at first. In the end you will be happy with how nice your mouth looks!
