Before breakfast: You clean the bacteria off that settled in overnight. Then, you cover your teeth in food. However, the vast majority of bacteria are still gone from your teeth.
After breakfast: You let the moved-in bacteria have something to eat for a half hour or so before scrubbing them off to leave your teeth mostly barren, and thus more clean than the alternative. However, the odor from the bacteria may interrupt the food-tasting experience.

In the end, after breakfast is probably better, but just because there is no food. The main point is to get rid of the bacteria, since they erode teeth (not food), and each method accomplishes this. After that, though I would assume that barren teeth is better, but if you really want to taste your breakfast uninterrupte, that may be your choice as well.

yes you should definitely brush ya teeth after every meal

honey buns you always brush your teeth after you eat. you really want food sticking in ur teeth, having bad breath and little corrosions occuring?

yes it is right for you to brush your teeth after you have had breakfast.
it's actually good and it's the proper hygiene.

I don't need 10 points, but yes, it is more hygienic to brush after you eat breakfast. Simply because you spend the latter parts of your day eating - it's better to have your mouth clean for as long as possible.

yh its right for you to brush your teeth after your breakfast because they you get wid of your breakfast breath and get the food from out of your teeth

clean before and after, cuz if u clean ur teeth after ur breakfast your swalling all that plaque whilst eating ur breakfast !!

Yes it is right for you to brush them after breakfast. I never understood the point of doing it before, especially if you eat really soon after you brush them. I'd say the only reason it would be normal to brush them before you have breakfast is if you eat a couple of hours after you are planning on brushing them.

lol... i always brush my teeth after finish my break fast

You should brush your teeth after a meal not before.

If you look at brushing your teeth before a meal then it is like saying cleaning your jeep and polishing it before you drive around in an inch of mud!

It would be good if we brushed our teeth after lunch as well but most people don't because it is impractical. Like if you are at school or work then you cannot say oh just a minute I need to brush me teeth.

After would be better so your food doesn't taste funny.
happy brushing!

You should brush your teeth after all meals. You get plaque build up after all the foods you eat, bad breath and dull looking teeth. Brushing also gives you a fresher mouth!
