trying to figure out which one to buy. which is the better investment. thanks!

The premium strips purchased from a dental office are about 3 times as strong as the regular strips and include 3 weeks worth of strips in the kit. I like this kit for a couple of reasons. First, they cost (in my office) $75.00 which isn't a ton more than drugstore prices considering they are stronger and there is more of them. Second, since you control when you stop using them depending on how happy you are with the shade of white, you might have leftovers to do a "touch up" six months down the road. Sensitivity may be a side effect, but you can just use the strips once a day instead of twice or every other day if necessary. Also, no drinking any dark liquids for 1/2 hour after using them...
