Why doesnt anyone offer jaw implants?!

Why doesnt anyone offer jaw implants?

I dont mean dental implants but actual implants placed on the outside of the jaw to give the brad pitt/ johnny depp look


Answers:

I think that you should become Michael Jackson's friend. Dentits don't do that. Also, be yourself, stop trying to be somebody that you are not.
