Cheek Biting Problem?!
Question: so this is probably weird brace yourself !! cuz i even find it weird..Ok so I have a complete obsession with biting the inside of my cheek's sometimes so much until they bleed in the inside... But im starting to annoy my ownself because i do it everyday every second i cant stop !! there is even little pieces of skin that hangs in the inside of my cheeks and i will bite them off if there is a place in the inside of my cheek that i cant seem to bite i will take my hands <when there clean> and pull on the inside of my cheeks of course i dont do this in public but i cant seem to stop it..any suggestions?

It's a combination of 2 problems. One is dental, of course, and the other, I hate to tell you, is anxiety. You need to talk to your doctor about it. He or she will most likely recommend a medication such as Zoloft or Effexor for a while.

i push in the sides of my cheeks with my knuckle too. i also have a problem digging in my eyes.. the doctor says both r a syndrome... no nane yet for cheek biting.. the eye one is called fishermans syndrome...going to dr. 4 check up soon will let u know if name has been found...till then enjoy
