I am scared of braces !!?!
Question: I wear glasses, soon I will have spots and I might need braces - even though my teeth are straight and clean white.
I'm scared.
I'm not a geek but I might get called one, and I am hoping I wont need the braces. It's optional, but I dont want my teeth to be all wobbly and horrible.

if your worried try transparent braces, people can hardly see them
Trust me, I have braces and they aren't NEARLY as bad as some people explain them to be. A majority of people have them, so I don't think anyone would call you a geek. I have braces and glasses, and it never happens to me. Don't fret about the braces. Put it this way, you can either get braces and have them on for a few years and them have beautiful teeth the rest of your life, or have ugly teeth the rest of your life. Hope I helped!

dont worry about them, people dont really notice them, za week after i had my braces no one really noticed them!
my mate danny he had braces and glasses , but he took his glasses off while he wore his braces, you could try contacts if your uncomfortable with braces and glasses
and after a while people dont notice you have braces, they are nothing to be worried about but just think after you have had them off, your teeth will be perfectly straight and people will notice them! and they will look really pretty
and if people call you a geek, tell them not to, they dont even know you so how can they call you one?if they do ignore them! thats what i do!!

At first I was scared too because everyone said it hurt really bad, and they cried, then I went to get them on and I realized some people are just babies, lol. But braces are a wonderful thing, and if people make fun of you for having them they're just jealous because they cant afford the luxury of having nice teeth. That's how I saw it.
I have both braces and glasses , and I don't ever get called a geek . Just don't over think it , and you could ask about the different types of braces .
