You can get kits from retailers like boots. These products contain mild amounts of hydrogen peroxide. If you go to your dentist they can give you a professional kit, which contains a higher amount of hydrogenperoxide.
If you choose laser teeth whitening you must not (I repeat not) eat anything within 24 hours that could stain your teeth - e.g. curry or red wine.
How do I know? I used to work for the british dental association and have many dentist friends!
