Low pH's like in orange juice can cause tooth sensitivity. There may be decay on the tooth also, possibly also from the OJ. My bet is the orange juice acidity though. Try using toothpaste like Sensodyne. These sensitivity toothpastes are not miracle workers however; they take 1-4 weeks to actually reduce sensitivity. Use it 2x a day instead of your normal toothpaste. If they get sensitive during the day, put a little on the tooth that bothers you and let it sit there.
its probably a peridontal problem..the sensitivity is often temporary.you shold use toothpaste like sensodyne.oral hygienist or periodontolog may guide you to cope this problem..you should keep brushing the area carefully keep there clean, and not dirnk or eat too cold or too hot things..
A good pair of pliers will fix it.
