I think I have been wearing my elastics for my braces incorectly?!
Question: I've had my braces on for 3 years and they are very close to coming off. recently I ran out of elastics in the holidays so i didnt wear them for a week until i got some more after the holidays. now i think ive been wearing them wrong my teeth feel so out of place.

If you think that you have been wearing them wrong, then stop and call your orthodontist and ask him how because if you wear your elastics the wrong way it will do more damage than good.
