How important is flossing & why?!

Question: Flossing is really important!

Your toothbrush cannot reach in between your teeth, but floss does. Not flossing is really not brushing half of your teeth. You will end up with gingivitis (puffy, sore gums) in between your teeth and a huge chance of getting cavities in the sides of your teeth. Flossing removes all the plaque and junk that can lead to cavities in between your teeth, just like brushing does on the front, back and sides.

You won't look stupid from having spinach between your teeth.

How important is flossing and why? Ask your significant other! Just kidding! Well, It shows that you care about your teeth when you floss and especially that you have good hygiene habits and fresh breath rather than the opposite if you don't. Brushing your teeth alone is not enough. Food gets stuck in between your teeth which can cause problems such as decay, gum problems, bad breath and a big hole in your pocket if you don't floss. Save yourself money now and floss or expect to pay for it later in life.
